  • Visual inspections of sub-contractors work to ensure level of quality achieved

Detailed Design

  • Provide targeted input where it is most valuable and will bring the most value add:

    • spacial layout

    • kitchen + bathroom design

    • material choices

  • Coordinating consultants, sub-contractors and fabricators work

  • Filling in design ‘gaps’ between trades
