Liaison with Local Authority Planning Officer
Building Control drawings + Information
Coordination with other professionals needed to complete Building Control submission
Submission of Building Control Application
Liaison with Building Control Officer
Phase 3
Tender + Construction
RIBA Stages 3-6
Full detailed design
Coordination with other professionals needed to complete the design
Production and review of detailed Tender documentation, tailored to your budget and design aspirations
Coordination of Tender submissions to Contractors and their returns
Critique of Tender returns and engagement with Contractor re cost savings, design and programme
Site visits to inspect progress
