At Frame Property Ltd my love of design, site work and quality control fused into one. Frame was design-lead developer-contractors who bought, designed and built their own projects.

My role at Frame was design manager, architect, cost control, buyer, sub-contract manager and clerk of works.

At Frame we worked on the basis of developing property to a high level of design but keeping the cost and method of construction at the front of our thinking. The driver was always to get what we wanted at the best price.

Imperial Club

I was lead architect for this project from Planning, through Tender and Construction to Completion on Site.

This new build residential was designed to a high standard of finish, on a controlled budget. Proving you can build a beautiful product at any price when design is at its core.

Rye Lane/ Market Peckham

I was lead architect and design manager from Tender, through Construction to Completion on site.

This exquisite, robust early 20th Century red brick building started life as a billiard hall, then later a department store for the Selfridges chain. Frame acquired it and converted it into a well received co-working, food and music venue.
